No nonsense approach - very refreshing! Reliable. My battery kept dying on me (4x in 3 months) - so I took it in to get checked out. Turns out the "top of the line" battery wasn't even made for my jeep's system. They verified which battery was required... and it was half the cost of the other one. Very pleased to know they have the standard of "do it right the 1st time!"
